1. Introduction

These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website and/or any digital platform (the “Platform”) owned and operated by Boiken Sh.p.k., a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the National Business Center (QKB) with NUIS K11718001R, with registered address at Fshati Turistik, Parcela 5, 6ª, Vlorë, Sarandë, Ksamil, Albania (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The Platform is associated with and promotes the touristic resort “Kep Merli”, which is owned and operated by the Company.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform and Services

The Platform is intended to provide general information regarding the Kep Merli resort, including accommodation, facilities, services, and related activities. Depending on the functionalities enabled, the Platform may also allow users to submit inquiries, request reservations, or interact with the Company for tourism-related purposes.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or data, as well as any misuse of the Platform for unlawful purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
